CNG - ADVANTAGES

Unlike lead and benzine ,hazard risks like deposit formation, explosion or spark formation around are eleminated. Vechiles forced by CNG is less costly. CNG fuel systems are given approvely and prevents loss like evaporation and flowing. Another advantage that can be seen is increasing the life time of oils. CNG doesn't contaminated by other subjects, so crank shaft oil isn't polluted and its life become longer. CNG mixes into air fast and easily because of being a gas fuel. CNG fires more difficultly when it meets to hot ground because degree of combusition and ignition is 540 C. Explosion range is between %5 and %15 of this degree.

CNG gives less dangereous gas out during burning. For example Carbondioxide CO2, Hydrocarbon UHC, Carbonmonoxide CO, Nitrous oxide Nox, sulfur oxide SOx, granular substance release. For instance, engine working with petroleum releases 22,000 grams CO2 for 100km, but CNG releases just 16,275 grams CO2. CNG consists of more methan gas, fo example calarofic value of CH4 is 900kl/mol. This burns with oxygen and creates 1 mol CO2 and 2 mols H2O.

We can say petroleum is the same with benzine to compare. Calarofic value of C6H6 is 3,300cl/mol and when it burns 6 mols CO2 and 3 mols H2O is released. CO2 released from petroleum is %40 more than CO2 released from CNG. More importantly, during this process, petroleum needs 1,6 times more energy. When we compare nitrous oxide at same values, we can see the ratio as 78 and 25,8. Carbon monoxide is released much more than that. Because of amount of carbonmonoxide and nitrous oxide oscillation, CNG serves us for more green earth. Because of this abilities, CNG serves us for much more green life. However benzine pollutes life more regarding CNG.
